Canwood Gallery is delighted to be hosting an HCA Photography Alumni Exhibition in the Turbine Hall
4th June – 29th June 2018
The gallery is open Tuesday – Sunday 11am to 4pm.
Today more than ever photography defies categorisation in any narrow form but its inherent indexical reference to the world in a visual sense remains its key strength. More than anything we believe that all photography is an interpretation of our values and beliefs and that good photography is not about ‘taking’ images but ‘making’ them.
The Photography programme at HCA has a long history and has produced many successful graduates. The course is open to both Commercial and Fine Art practices and the course philosophy is to be student-centred and to guide individuals to develop a highly personal and unique contemporary voice using the medium of photography.
